WE'RE USING THE "30 DAY PROGRAM" OVER THE NEXT 30 DAYS I WILL RECORD WHAT I EAT AND DRINK AND MY DAILY WEIGHT CHANGES HERE
My challenge day 1 of 30 - 13/April/2009
We'll be doing my daily journal and having 6 consecutive "SHAKE DAYS" followed by a "CLEANSE DAY". Starting weight ..................103.7kg (228 lbs) ...Multiply kg's by 2.2 to convert to lbs Body measurements ..........819cms Typical Breakfast: "SHAKE DAY" today I awoke and had a glass of filtered water - started my daily journal then followed with my "cleanse drink" ...and 15 minutes later a "shot" of the "Supreme Nutritional drink". I missed my morning walk this morning because of "soreness" in my foot from where I dropped a piece of steel on it and fractured it a couple of years ago - it sometimes plays up when it's going to rain! (I usually walk for around 25 minutes.) At around 8.00am I followed it up with a wonderful whey protein shake. (I love the chocolate!) Typical Lunch: Nothing else until lunch time - and not really hungry. At 1.30pm I had another shake. (Chocolate again.) Around 5.00pm had a "snack" wafer which took the edge off the hunger I had.
Typical Dinner: Around 6.30pm I had a "regular dinner" - Fillets of fish lightly dusted with plain flour and cooked in a "splash" of cold compressed local grown olive oil - along with a fresh salad. No normal dressing just a little olive oil, lemon and chillies ...Not hungry and feel satisfied Around 9.00pm I'll have another "cleanse drink" and before I retire usually around 11.00pm - another "shot" of Supreme Nutritional drink - with all those adaptogens to relieve stress and help me sleep. Of course EVERY day I take my "accelerator" and "flush" capsules - and drink at least 3 litres of "filtered" fresh water. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 2 of 30 - 14/April/2009 Weight today ...101.2kg ...WOW! That's a great start. I'll only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis. ANOTHER "SHAKE DAY" today. Started today around 7.00am and after my "water", "cleanse drink" and shot of "supreme nutritional drink" went on my walk ...yes my foots OK today.
Walked for 25 minutes - 3380 paces or just under 2.5km. Then a quick shower and weigh in before a "typical breakfast" Off to the City this afternoon ...but not before I have my "typical lunch"
Will be late home tonight ...because after we finish our business we'll be dining out with friends for dinner. (I'm allowed 1 normal meal per day.) I will update the rest of today first thing in the morning. Yes ...had an apple in the afternoon ...and then dinner. A nice "Sirloin Steak" (medium) with a fresh salad ...my dressing was a little olive oil and lemon ...Remember "it's not really a diet, it's a cleanse" that I'm on so I can do that ...and washed it all down with a nice glass of "Cab Merlot". (Not good for me but all part of living!) Home now ..so my "Cleanse drink" and shortly another glass of filtered water and then my shot of "Supreme nutrition drink" before I retire. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge daily journal for day 3 of 30 - 15/April/2009 Weight today ...100.6 kg I will only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis. ANOTHER "SHAKE DAY" today. Going well ...with a another "loss" of 600gms today ...and I feel great ...how could anyone possibly think that this doesn't work? Started a little later today as we didn't arrive home until around 1am. Did all the "usual" things to get the day started ...and just finished my walk, shower and weigh in. Now enjoying my first "shake" for the day. And ...Shake again for lunch (2 shakes and 1 x healthy meal per day gets the results.) and around 4.30pm had an apple. Grilled fish for dinner with a fresh salad. Yep and I'll have my "cleanse drink" and "shot" of nutrition before I retire tonight. Incidentally - John weighed today ...and he's almost the same results as me ...and he's pretty pleased about that! ...Doing my daily journal now because I'm planning for an early night tonight. --------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 4 of 30 - 16/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...100.2 kg Thats a loss of 3.5kg in just 4 days now! I will only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis. "SHAKE DAY" today. Still going well ...with a 'loss" of 400gms today ...and still feeling great ...slept really well. Had my water, cleanse drink, accelerator capsule and supreme nutrition to get the day started ...and just finished my walk, shower and weigh in. Again about to enjoy the first "shake" for the day. John's going well and after 3 days is almost "line ball" with me ...I know it's going to help him ...and I know how he'll feel when he "drops" 12 or 15 kg ...I know because I was once 18kg heavier than John was 3 days ago ..and I know how I felt when I reached my first 15kg lost ...and then my 36kg lost! This nutritional cleansing is "magic" ...it takes away the weight and it takes away the hunger.
A Shake for lunch around 1pm ...and not really hungry at all after that ...just had an apple at 4.30pm. Will update the rest of the daily journal after dinner. Dinner of Steak and salad and I'll have the usual "cleanse drink" and "shot" of Supreme nutrition before I retire. ----------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 5 of 30 - 17/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.8 kg Thats a loss of 3.9 kg in just 4 days now! I will only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis. "SHAKE DAY" today. Done all the "usual" morning routine ...finished my walk and shake. Progress is great - and almost the same as my first month where I released 10.5kg of fat in just 30 days.
Shake for lunch ....and a fried chicken and salad for dinner.

I will only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis. "SHAKE DAY" today. Done everything "normal" and just had my morning shake. ..."slipped" a little yesterday but it's not a concern.
Had my lunchtime shake after a morning shopping.
Dinner was a nice scotch fillet and fresh salad again ...mostly from our own garden ( Two varieties of lettuce, cabbage, tomato, carrot, spring onions, peppers and chillies.)
One certainly can't complain of hunger ...it doesn't exist. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 7 of 30 - 19/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.9 kg (217.5 lbs) Thats a loss of 3.8 kg (8.4 lbs) in just 6 days now! I will only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis. "SHAKE DAY" today. No change today - But tomorrows a cleanse day so that should get things moving again. ...Yes did all the "normal" things again and just had my morning shake ... Lunch ...a Shake of course ...but I "love" them! ..."How about that ...LOSING WEIGHT BY EATING CHOCOLATE". Dinner ...I love a good steak as well ...and I'm allowed one "normal" meal a day ...so it's steak and salad for me. Big day tomorrow ...John's first "CLEANSE DAY" ...and I'll be joining him of course. --------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 8 of 30 - 20/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.5 kg (216.7 lbs) Thats a loss of 5.2 kg (11.4 lbs) in just 7 days now! I will only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis - so I'll be doing that in my daily journal today. "CLEANSE DAY" today. Started my morning with the usual glass of water ...and followed up with 4 oz (around 120mil) of the CLEANSE drink ...and more water. Did my morning walk ...and then more water. Not the usual shake for breakfast today ...but I'll have a "snack wafer" to ease any hunger pangs that I may get. I'll be having another "Cleanse drink" ...and more water as an early lunch. Had a Cleanse drink around 12noon then again at 4pm and 7.30pm ...feel good and after a "shot" of the Supreme drink I'll retire early tonight. ----------------------------------------------------------------- END OF WEEK 1 (8 days actually) WEEKLY MEASUREMENTS A total of 792 body cms ..a loss of 27cms (12.2 inches)
And a end of week weight of 98.1 kg ..I released 5.6 kg (12.3 lbs) I will add this to my daily journal. (I'll try and catch up with John today ...and see how he's going.) ----------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 9 of 30 - 21/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.1 kg (215.8 lbs) Thats a loss of 5.6 kg (12.3 lbs) in just 8 days now! And a loss of 27 cms (12.2 inches) for the 8 days. I will only be updating my measurements on a weekly basis. Feeling great ...sleeping well ...and heaps of energy. "SHAKE DAY" today. Back to the usual glass of water ...and followed up with 2 oz (around 60 mil) of the CLEANSE drink ...and more water ...followed shortly after with my capsules and "shot" of Supreme drink
Did my morning walk ...and then more water ...and just had my shake ...I love my shakes and this morning I added a couple of spoons of "frozen berries" - the high antioxidant type ...mixed a little longer than usual ...and "presto" its like a mousse ...and I eat it with a spoon. I just love those shakes! Off to the city again today ...and a restaurant dinner with friends ...(Well I was "good" this week ...and after all it's not a diet!) Will complete the rest of my daily journal tomorrow. Chicken and salads ...a few nibbles and a couple of red wines completed my day. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 10 of 30 - 22/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.8 kg (217.3 lbs) Woops! ........maybe just a tad more than I should last night ...but not to worry it'll work out OK ...because it's not a diet! "SHAKE DAY" today. Started with my glass of water ...and the CLEANSE drink ...my capsules and "shot" of Supreme drink
Missed my walk today ...but might get a chance later ... just had my shake. The day went all wrong from here ...Visitors ...unplanned meals ...A few drinks ...then having to go out. But isn't that life? ...never mind I don't think I did too much damage. Missed my second shake ...but had my cleanse drink and shot of nutrition before I retired. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 11 of 30 - 23/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...99.0 kg (217.8 lbs) Well ........not in the right direction ...but not a disaster ...added to my daily journal ...lets see what tomorrow brings. Just had my morning walk ... and my shake. Today ...should be "normal" ...although I will have my annual "Flu" shot ...and should get the results of my annual "blood test" ...just to make sure the systems on the inside are as I think they are. Yes ...all OK in fact GREAT! ...finished the day late ...you guessed it ...visitors. We love to see them and I guess it adds some of life's "realty" to my 30 days of support for John. Finished the day as normal. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 12 of 30 - 24/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...99.0 kg (217.8 lbs) Well ........no change! ...again lets see what tomorrow brings. "SHAKE DAY" today. Yep started with my glass of water ...and the rest as normal. Just had my morning walk ... and my shake. Shake for lunch ...and rissole's and salad for dinner. --------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 13 of 30 - 25/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.8 kg (217.3 lbs) Well ........a slight change! ...and again lets see what tomorrow brings. "SHAKE DAY" today.
Rose early today (4.00am) because we always attend the ANZAC dawn service and started with my glass of water ...and a shake ...then when we arrived home ...my morning walk and the rest as normal. Another shake around 11.00am ...at 2.30pm was a bit peckish ...so had 6 small cracker biscuits with tomato and chili ...just love them. For dinner we had 4 egg omelette's with salad ...loved it. Read for a while then my cleanse drink and an early night. ----------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 14 of 30 - 26/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.5 kg (216.7 lbs) Well ........a slight change again! "SHAKE DAY" today.
Everything normal today ...so far and now for my daily journal. Had my walk and Shake and off to the City for the day. We have a friend who's invited us to his "Birthday party lunch" ...and after that we are meeting other friends for an interesting afternoon and then a BBQ dinner ...doesn't that always happen when you try and lose weight? ...well we've found it does ...but thankfully I know that this program works ...it just might be a little slower than it could have ...but I'll live with that because I'm losing weight ...and I'm not on a diet ...and still enjoying most things ...almost every day. Cleanse day tomorrow! ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 15 of 30 - 27/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.9 kg (217.5 lbs) Parties don't help your weight ...especially when you follow it up with a BBQ on the same day! "CLEANSE DAY" today.
Everything normal today ...so far. Had my walk and my first lot of CLEANSE drink. Yesterday didn't help my weight ...but I've lost around 36 kg overall since I started on my first program ...and I've enjoyed lots of relatively "normal" life along the way. What I've learned is ...this program works ...so just live relatively normal ...enjoy life ...and you still get the results in the end. (After all that it's not a diet that I'm on) ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 16 of 30 - 28/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.5 kg (216.7 lbs) Weight down a little but NO CHANGE with my measurements this week ...still 792 cms in total. Thats a loss of 27 cms (12.2 inches) in the last 15 days. "Continuing my CLEANSE DAY" this morning. Off to the City again this afternoon so will break my cleanse with a shake for lunch and this evening we'll be dining at a restaurant again. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 17 of 30 - 29/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.5 kg (216.7 lbs) NO CHANGE today "SHAKE DAY" this morning after a restaurant dinner last night. Everything normal ...I'll try and get back on track. ----------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 18 of 30 - 30/April/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.5 kg (216.7 lbs) NO CHANGE today ....again! That only means one thing ..."I am eating too much and not exercising enough". "SHAKE DAY" this morning and you guessed it ...we had visitors yesterday afternoon.
Don't get me wrong ...we just love to see our visitors and we don't want them to stop. I'll just have to say "no" when all the "goodies" come out ...particularly whilst I'm doing this 30 days with John. But after that ...well that's life ...and it's not a diet. And what I've learned is once you've taken it off ...you can be relatively "normal" without putting it all back on ...and if you do "go overboard" a bit and a little does creep back ...well you just do what I should be doing now. Go back on the 30 day program ...and get back into shape quickly and safely. Currently I've lost 35.5kg since I first started ...which is only half a kg above what I previously was at Xmas last year. But...between Xmas and April I was a bit "slack" and simply ate too much, drank too much and exercised too little ...and we all know that no-one can do that without putting on weight. Over the last 17 days I've still been relatively normal ...and I've taken off 5.2 of the 5.5 kgs that had crept on over several months. Remember ...The great advantage we have with this program ...is if you do gain weight because of your lifestyle ..you can take if off quickly and safely with this program. I love this program ...and now I must finish my daily journal for today. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 19 of 30 - 1/May/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.5 kg (216.7 lbs) NO CHANGE today ....again ..."bugger!" That means ..."I am definitely eating and drinking too much" ...and I know I did. "SHAKE DAY" this morning after a very social and pleasant night with family and friends. And it's that time of the year (is'nt it always) where we just have lots of things on ...and today is'nt going to help at all ...we're heading for the wonderful "Vines Resort" for a couple of days. A mate I used to work with is retiring ...and we're joining them for a "retirement sendoff" ...courtesy of the Comapny he works for. Oh well ...I really will have to try harder next week. ----------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 21 of 30 - 3/May/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.9 kg (217.5 lbs) After 2 days at the Vines resort I can't believe I only put on half a kg. Loved the cuisine - especially the "Osso buco" ...washed down with red wine ...and the cheese platters that followed were fantastic ...was a great time. "SHAKE DAY" today and a cleanse tomorrow. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 22 of 30 - 4/May/2009 Daily journal weight today ...98.3 kg (216.2 lbs) "CLEANSE DAY" Back to "normal" today ...maybe a better week this week ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 23 of 30 - 5/May/2009 Daily journal weight today ...97.7 kg (214.9 lbs) That's good ...and below what I reached at Xmas (98.0kg) - I've released 6.0kg (13.2 lbs) since I started on this challenge 23 days ago ...and 36.3 kg (79.86 lbs) overall. I checked with John this morning and he's going great ...released 9.5kg (20.9 lbs) in the last 23 days. "SHAKE DAY" today. Sort of "normal" today ...but off to the city this afternoon and a restaurant meal again tonight. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 28 of 30 - 10/May/2009 Daily journal weight today ...97.1kg (213.6 lbs) I've been "missing in action" the last 5 days but back again now. I've released 6.6kg (14.5 lbs) since I started on this challenge 28 days ago ...and 36.9 kg (81.1 lbs) overall. Having a "CLEANSE DAY" today ...trying to catch up on my last 5 "wayward" days ..t that happens in real life all the time! John's going great and he advised me this morning he's now 105.7kg which means he's released 10.4kg (22.8 lbs) of body fat. ----------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 29 of 30 - 11/May/2009 Daily journal weight today ...96.9kg (213.1 lbs) "SHAKE DAY" today I've released 6.8kg (14.9 lbs) since I started on this challenge 28 days ago ...and 37.1 kg (81.6 lbs) overall. Off to the city today ...and a restaurant meal tonight so not a lot of change expected either way for my weigh in tomorrow morning (Day 30). ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge day 30 of 30 - 12/May/2009 Daily journal weight today NO CHANGE ...96.9kg (213.1 lbs) "SHAKE DAY" today I've released 6.8kg (14.9 lbs) since I started on this challenge 30 days ago ...and 37.1 kg (81.6 lbs) overall. SO IN SUMMARY - I know this works even when you have lots of daily distractions. I love this product ...I'll go check on John. ----------------------------------------------------------------- For those following this journal ...Please accept my apology for my late posting of the final days ...We've been away and I didn't get a chance before this morning to do an update. ---------------------------------------------------------------- My challenge to John my be over ...but our journey into better health continues. Johns first week (8 days actually) ...21/04/09 Starting weight ...116.1kg (255.4 lbs) After 8 days ...110.9 kg (243.9 lbs) Released 5.2 kg (11.4 lbs) GREAT STUFF JOHN! And John says ..."feeling good ...especially my "gammy" knees ...they feel better already ...If I keep this up I'll soon be able to walk for exercise again!" ------------------------------------------------------------------ Johns second week (15 days actually) ...27/04/09 Johns released 6.9 kg (15.1 lbs) now ...and we're only half way through his first 30 days And because he slipped whilst installing his new spa ...and pulled a "hamstring" ...he hasn't been able to exercise. You're going well John. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Johns third week (22 days actually) ...3/05/09 Johns released 9.0 kg (19.8 lbs) now ...and we're only 22 days into his first 30 days John's reaction ..."I'm really happy, I've lost 9 kg in three weeks, I'm not hungry and I aren't ever going back there." Welcome John to the world of good nutrition ...once people experience it they never want to return ...and if you keep your own daily journal ...you'll keep on top of it on a daily basis. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Johns at 30 days ...12/05/09 ...WOW 11.5 kg and a loss of 45 body cms and I feel good. And people are telling me that I look good. After trying this I now know I'm not ever going back where I was. And I've achieved this without feeling hungry. And the results of my blood test were truly amazing ...and just like Eric experienced ...some of my ailments have simply "disappeared".
