DIETING DECEPTION

DIETING DECEPTION ...IS TRYING TO DECEIVE OUR BODY ...AND IT
DOES NOT WORK



Dieting deception ...is trying to deceive our body into believing ...that it’s getting all the nutrition it requires. We’re being deceived ...every time we go on a diet and expect a long term result ...it just never happens.

How deceptive is that? ...with dieting by restricting our food intake our scientists and dietitians have a very long way to go ...before they can match the smartness of our brains.

STARVING THE BODY

Dieting deception ...is actually just starving the body of all the good nutrition it needs on a daily basis to function correctly ...we are just taking away the "fuel" we need to live. And if you take away the "fuel" for long enough ...by going on a diet ...your body eventually runs out of fuel ...you feel tired and listless ...and if you stay on it long enough your organs will shut down and you may die.

The body can only sustain itself whilst it is receiving its fuel or nutrition ...take away nutrition and the body goes into a state of ketosis ...it cannibalises itself ...and the organs start to break down ...taking away nutrition is taking away what it needs to survive ...and when you can’t survive ...you die.

Of course ...initially on some diets you will lose weight ...as the body burns stored glucose and fat ...but because you’re not providing the body with all the essential daily nutrients it needs ...it also burns fluids and lean muscle tissue. Loss of lean muscle tissue is bad for you ...and must be avoided ...it can have long term affects.

Dieting is not the correct way ...to feel good or lose weight.

YES ...YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT BY STARVING THE BODY

You bet you can ...no dieting deception here ...and one has only to look at photos of surviving prisoners after world war two ...to see that you can lose weight when you don’t feed the body its essential daily nutrition.

But worse still ...when you lose weight you do not remove the toxins ...you leave all those toxins in your body ...but now, they are of much higher concentrations as a percentage of your body weight. By losing weight you have effectively raised the level of poisons in your body.

Prisoners of war lost weight because most were starved ...and many died.

You certainly can lose weight by starving your body ...but starving is harmful.

DECEPTION

The dieting deception is ...that you will lose weight and keep it off.

But dieting weight loss is temporary ...and only happens whilst you are starving your body of good nutrition. So when you’re slack with your diet ...and take in some extra nutrition ...our smart brain grabs that extra nutrition and turns it into body fat ...to wrap up those toxins and protect the organs of our body.

So …all the weight you lost just comes back ...and in many cases the brain makes just a little more body fat ...so it won’t get caught out next time you starve it of nutrition ...this is called the yo, yo effect.

Worse still ...is most of those labeled "diet food or drinks" ...the name implies that they're better for you ...but many contain toxic substances ...and many are actually higher in carbohydrate value than the food or drink they're supposed to replace.

Dieting is deceptive ...and they don’t work in the long run.

You see, the underlying philosophy involves never denying your taste buds, food urges or impulses, but rather deceiving your body into thinking it is getting all the sugar and fat it desires. But the deception doesn’t work, so we get larger and consume more unhealthy products.
