THE LESLEY GATES TESTIMONIAL
As a Personal Trainer I Lesley Gates have tried many products over the years – vitamins, supplements, protein powders etc. I was reasonably sceptical upon first hearing about ********. However, the person who introduced this product to me was a trusted and professional Personal Trainer with many years experience in the fitness industry. The main difference I noted between ******** and all other products on the market was that it addressed the subject of toxins in the body. Before being introduced to ********, I had conducted my own independent research and found thousands of books, articles and research papers that documented the direct link between toxins, illness and obesity. From my own personal experience, I had always maintained a near-perfect Size 8 figure even after the birth of my child many years ago. I have maintained a regular fitness routine all my life and have eaten a healthy diet, never needing to worry too much about my weight. However this changed approximately 4 years ago when I suffered a serious illness and was put on large doses of medication for quite a number of years. In a very short period of time I put on approximately 21 kilograms in weight for no apparent reason. I increased my exercise routine and continued to eat healthy meals but the weight did not budge. Finally I was allowed to stop the medication and within 4 weeks I lost 7 kilograms of weight immediately. I had not changed any other aspect of my life and realised immediately that prescription medication was a direct result of my weight gain. I have trained many individuals over the years. The main goal of 90% of my client base is to lose weight. The majority of my clients have secondary goals to get fit, have increased energy or require specific assistance with rehabilitation after a serious illness or injury. The standard training practice with all clients who want to lose weight is – exercise more and eat less. However, even though many of my clients used this formula and increased their fitness routine while also watching their diet, the results were very poor or disappointing. It is well known that certain medications prevent weight loss and some actually increase weight gain. All personal trainers are now dealing with clients who are often taking one or more medications (which the body views as toxins). I recommend all Personal Trainers read the book “The 21st Century is Making you Fat” which details the scientific research linking prescription medications, toxins and fat. The philosophy behind ******** is that it is not a weight loss product – it removes toxins from the body (held in the fat cells) and once the cells are free of toxins the fat is released. I personally commenced on a 30-day ******** Program. A ‘side effect’ from being on the program for me includes the release of 7 kilograms of weight in 4 weeks and 35 centimetres from my body. Other side effects include sleeping more soundly, remembering my dreams, increase in energy, no longer needing my afternoon cat naps (starting at 5.30am 6 days a week I often needed an afternoon sleep to get me through the day), the fogginess in my head lifted, increased clarity of thought, my cravings disappeared and best of all I was able to fit back into my old skinny jeans for the first time in 4 years. I have continued with a second 30 day ********* Program and am continuing to lose more centimetres from my body. My friends and clients began to notice the differences in me both physically and emotionally/ mentally. I was brighter, more energetic and slimmer. They literally wanted what I had. Clients wanted to sign up immediately. I have noticed that every client has different positive ‘side effects’ from ********. One client had been unable to sleep properly for years and had existed on only 4-6 hours sleep per night. From day one on her ******** program she began sleeping soundly 8 hours per night and feels wonderful. Other clients used to struggle out of bed in the morning, now they are finding that they are waking up refreshed before their alarm clock rings. But what my clients and I are more excited about is the weight and centimetres that are being lost within days of commencing their program. One very large client (who needs to lose 60 kilograms) has lost 2 kg and 13cm from her body in 7 days, looks visibly thinner and is now wearing pants with a belt to hold them up which were previously a tight squeeze to get into. Another client has released 14cm from her body in 7 days, is waking up earlier than her alarm clock and has heaps more energy. Another client released 1.7 kg in 5 days and can fit into her previously ‘tight’ jeans with ease. Initially this client was disappointed until I asked her to take her measurements as I explained that when you are releasing toxins and fat they do not actually weigh very much – muscle weighs more than fat and on this program you keep the muscle but lose the fat – which is why ******** differs so much from the traditional ‘diet’ where mostly water and fat are lost. She was extremely surprised to note her results which were as follows: Starting Weight: 105.7 kg Day 5: 104 kg Measurements: Total Lost 41.5cm (12cm from abdomen, 8cm from buttocks, 5cm from waist)
This client (like all my others on ********) was ecstatic with the results – all had remarkable results in only one week. Many of my clients are very overweight and have been on diets for years – all have failed. ******** has proved invaluable as it enables them to see the results within days. They are extremely motivated to continue with the program although at the same time appearing quite baffled about the weight loss and reduction in their body measurements so quickly.
