MY CHALLENGE (For April - May 2009)
MY CHALLENGE IS TO HELP A FAMILY MEMBER ... JOHN THIS ONE'S FOR YOU.
And it worked ...just like I thought it would ...because I've learned that it always works!
My Challenge is - Since Xmas I've been a little "slack" ...too many holidays ...eating out ...red wine ...and too little exercise ...with the end result that my weight increased from 98kg to 103.7kg ...Ugh! Hey I thought that with this program ...you took it off and kept it off? Well ...YES you can ...BUT if you do get out of line and "stray" a bit too much (like I did) ...then the good thing is ...you can do it all again ...and pull yourself back in line ...and I'm about to do that. And I guess that putting 5.7kg on over 4 or 5 months after losing 36kg ...isn't really a disaster ...but it needs to come off. But because my brother in law ...whom I love dearly, has some health issues ...and needs to lose some weight ...we're doing the program together. Of course I'm interested in my results ...but I'm far more interested in his results. My challenge...is to do the next 30 days ..."just as the program recommends" ...untempted by a pizza or glass of red wine ...and I know that John will also. So I'm going "public" ...which should provide ME with the motivation ...and "keep me honest" in my challenge ...I plan to DAILY publish on THIS PAGE ...my results for the next 30 days.
