ERICS RESULTS
WHAT MY BODY HAS GIVEN ME SINCE I CLEANSED ...IS TRULY AMAZING.

All this program did was CLEANSE & FEED me ...my MIRACLE BODY did the rest ...when I gave it a CLEAN ENVIRONMENT to work in.

My results on the 14th July 2010 ...I DID IT! ...just over 1 week short of my 69th ...although I now feel like it was my 49th. I've reduced my body fat by 16% and my visceral fat by 15 ...my weight is NOW 87.6kg (192lbs) with a LOSS of 46.4kg (102lbs) and I FEEL GREAT!

Yes I became healthy and made the 46kg (100 lb) weight loss ...without dieting ...without the pain of heavy exercise ...without hunger ...and whilst still enjoying my life ...and I canceled my knee replacement surgery ...because my results mean I no longer need it.

I have a clear mind, heaps of energy and I sleep better ...But the best thing is I've been given a clean bill of health by my Doctor. I'm like a teenager again on the inside. ...and I can now buy clothes "OFF THE RACK" ...something I haven't been able to do for my whole adult life. My blood work tests now show I’m in the best shape of my entire life. I’ve chosen wellness and full and extended life over illness, disease and perhaps life under carers as I age... My body has shown me what a miracle it really is.

"The JOURNEY WASN'T REALLY THAT HARD!"

I’ve come a very long way since 4th December 2007 when after just 2 years of retirement my son visited me with a carton under his arm ...and authoritatively told me ... “that he’d listened to me for over 40 years and mostly did what I said ...but now it’s time for me to shut-up and listen to him”.

With that he opened the box and started to explain “what I was going to do”.

I was taken back a bit ...but thank God I listened ...because it turned out to be just so easy and so rewarding. Up until then I’d been obese for most of my adult life and at 134kg (295lb) even little things like tying my shoe laces was just so difficult.

I was highly amused on my first annual blood test after being on the program ...because my Doctor thought he had received back someone else’s results. He gave them to me but I could tell that after all the previous years ...he simply didn’t believe what he was giving me was correct. He started out by saying ... "Well it says here"...

Could I have done it faster ...you bet I could ...but I always wanted to enjoy my retirement and I like my glass of “red” ...after all isn’t retirement all about having fun, sharing life and enjoying what you’ve worked so long to achieve ...well now I do that and even get paid for doing it ...and you can to.

I’ve reached that physical age where sadly I regularly hear of life long friends that are becoming ill ...or worse still some have left this earth behind them. It’s sad for me because I used to be right there with them ...until that day my son changed my life ...and its even sadder that they thought I was on some “new fad thing” when I explained it to them.

I ask myself ...what is it that makes people choose to live in a health crisis ...when they could choose a better way ...and have and enjoy it all?

I'll always have difficulty understanding that.
